KAPTA is a multispectral vision sensor designed for automated, beaconless human tracking.
When installed at a height of 10 metres, a single KAPTA can cover an area of up to 20 metres wide by 15 metres deep.
IIts fast setup enables K SYSTEM Sense or Flow to be fully deployed in under 20 minutes.
KAPTA features five onboard cameras: one visible-light camera, two near-infrared cameras and two thermal cameras, ensuring reliable performance across professional live-production environments. Integrated infrared illuminators enable reliable operation in complete darkness. When not in use, motorised covers protect the camera lenses and help ensure long-term reliability.
Its robust, minimalist design enables easy and discreet integration into a wide range of stage and venue configurations.
Up to two KAPTA units can be connected to a KORE server, increasing the total coverage area and expanding the system’s tracking capabilities. One KAPTA unit can be connected to a KORE S or a NUK.
